I did a 72-hour water fast

Hi lovely reader,

Last week I went for a 72-hour water fast. It was under guidance of a medical professional and I wrote a post on how it went, what I liked and didn't like and if I would do it again. You can read all about it here.

As you're reading this I'm on my way to Paris for a lovely weekend. Or at least I hope it will be a lovely weekend, but I'm sure that'll work out allright. I hope to come back with lots of delicious inspiration too!
