French delights

Hi lovely reader,

I'm back from lovely Paris! The weather was not so lovely but that's the one thing you can't plan for. Of course we ate our fair share of macarons and other French delicacies. For this week I do have one French recipe for you; pissaladiere.

I might be making more French recipes soon but the ones I really would like to make (like homemade croissants for one) are complicated. But who knows!

I love a good egg foo young. It used to be one of my favorites whenever my dad would go out and grab some Chinese take-away. But making it at home is so easy and healthier too!
